Regarding smoking indoor in Norway. It is prohibited to smoke indoor in Norway. “Indoor” means at the hotel (hotel lobbies, hotel rooms, hotel restaurants etc), restaurants, pubs, cafés and bars. It is also prohibited to smoke at the airport and on public transportations. In Norway you automatically will get a non-smoking-room if you don't order a "smoking-room".
