Wreathlaying at the Freedom Monument

CIORs delegation leadership with the Inspector General of the Army, Major General Per Sverre Opedal was in place Tuesday to commemorate the 196 spelled arrange who lost their lives in the struggle for freedom from the outbreak of war 9th of April 1940 the peace was 8th of May 1945.
